Operational Matters

• Assist in the proper conduct of board of trustee and committee meetings, including parliamentary matters (Robert's Rules of Order)

• Monitor federal and state legislation affecting government plans

• Pension and benefit plan drafting, amendment and interpretation
• Represent clients in all phases of the governing statute/plan approval process at the city and state level
• Coordinate IRS plan qualification and related federal law compliance
• Assist with questions about benefits for retirees and other plan beneficiaries
