This building is a twenty-eight story building, and the parking garage entrance is on N. St. Mary's Street on the west side of the building. Street Parking and surface lots are also available. Directions from IH37: Take Commerce/downtown Exit and travel west into downtown. Right/north on Navarro Street. Left/west on Convent Street. Parking garage entrance is left/south on N. St. Mary's Street.

Directions from IH-10: Take I-35N around north side of downtown. Take McCullough exit, go right on McCullough. Right/west on N. St. Mary's Street until you get to Convent Street. The parking garage is located on N. St. Mary's Street just past Convent.

Directions from IH-35S: Take I-35N around north side of downtown. Take McCullough exit, go right on McCullough. Right/west on N. St. Mary's Street until you get to Convent Street. The parking garage is located on N. St. Mary's Street just past Convent.

Driving Directions: US 83; Exit 10th Street at intersection go right/north onto 10th Street. The office is located in the Neuhaus\Chase Tower building, 200 S. 10th Street, Suite 1111, McAllen, Texas 78501. Parking is available on three sides of the building. This is the tallest building in downtown McAllen. Parking is free.
