  • Representation before various Committees of the Texas House and Senate in connection with proposed legislation
  • Facilitate communication with key legislators on state business of concern to our clients
  • Draft proposed statutes and regulations and develop and implement strategies for passage and adoption
  • Assist clients with matters pending before state agencies, boards and commissions
  • Consult with clients with regard to Open Meetings and Open Records matters
  • Assist with requests for Attorney General Opinions on various statutory interpretation issues
